Privacy Policy
What SG Mall Map collects (very little), why, and how to reach us about your data.
SG Mall Map (sgmallmap.com) is a directory of Singapore malls: stores, food, parking and 3D maps. You can use every part of the site without an account and without telling us who you are.
What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you use the Contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply and to fix what you report.
- Basic request logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes the technical details every website request carries (IP address, browser type, the page requested, time) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use these logs to profile visitors.
- Your language choice. A small cookie remembers whether you chose English or 中文 (see the Cookie Policy).
We don't run advertising, we don't sell or share personal data, and the site doesn't currently use analytics or tracking tools. If that changes, we'll update this page first.
What we don't collect
- No accounts, passwords or payment details.
- No location: the 3D map and directions work from the entrance you pick, not from your device's location.
- The store search runs on our servers and isn't linked to you.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site and its database.
- An email delivery service sends us the messages from the Contact form.
Where our data about malls comes from
Store lists, units and parking rates come from each mall's own public website; building outlines, roads and car park entrances from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL); addresses and locations from OneMap (Singapore Land Authority). This is information about places, not about people.
Your rights
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent and ask us to delete it. Use the Contact form; we'll answer within 30 days.
