The terms for using SG Mall Map, a free directory of Singapore malls.
By using sgmallmap.com ("SG Mall Map", "we") you agree to these terms.
What the site is
A free guide to Singapore malls: store directories, food, parking rates, a parking fee estimate and 3D maps with walking directions. We're not affiliated with any mall, mall operator or store. Mall and store names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
How accurate it is
- Store lists come from each mall's own website and are checked every week. Stores open, close and move between checks: the mall's directory board on site is the final word.
- Parking rates come from each mall's website and are checked monthly. The fee calculator is an estimate; the car park's own charge is final.
- 3D maps: building outlines, roads and car park entrances come from OpenStreetMap. Where each unit sits along a wall, and the atria, lifts and escalators, are schematic, not surveyed. Directions and walking distances are approximate.
- Every page shows when its data was last checked.
The site is provided "as is", without warranties. We're not liable for losses from relying on it, such as a closed store, a parking charge or a wrong turn, to the extent the law allows.
Using the site
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't scrape it in bulk, overload it, or copy our compiled data or maps into another product without permission. Map data from OpenStreetMap stays under its own licence (ODbL).
Reporting mistakes
Tell us through the Contact form and we'll check it against the mall's listing.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. We may update them; the date at the top shows the latest version.
